MULTIPURPOSE WATER-SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL – CUTTING OIL S2

Cutting Oil S2 is a high-quality mineral oil containing soluble agents, suitable for light to medium-duty machining operations, including grinding, on various materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Recommended concentration:

The concentration varies depending on the type of machining, water hardness, and the required corrosion resistance when working together. The recommended concentration for use with water of medium hardness is:

+ Common Machining: 5%

+ Heavy-duty Machining: 6% – 10%

The product should be stored indoors with temperatures not exceeding 40°C.

Health and Safety:

+ Note that pre-mixed coolant solutions are used for a long time, so chemical contamination (hydraulic oil, lubricating grease, metal solvents, paint, anti-rust agents, …) or bacterial contamination (from dirty hands, workpieces, industrial water, waste of all kinds, …) often occurs. Contamination from these materials should be minimized.

+ Regularly monitoring of the oil in use is recommended to maintain optimal conditions for the product and determine the actual useful life of oil.

Environmental protection: Waste disposal must be managed in accordance with EC Directives 91/156, 91/689, and 94/62, or with local legal regulations.
